Disclaimer: This scheduling tool is provided for informational purposes only and is intended solely as a management aid for shepherds. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. This tool is still in development. The schedules generated are based on the following assumptions:
  • Breeding & Lambing: Due date = 147 days after breeding; Earliest Lambing = 142 days; Latest Lambing = 152 days after breeding.
  • Ewe Vaccination (CDT): For non-maiden ewes, one CDT vaccination is scheduled 21 days before the due date; for maiden ewes, two CDT vaccinations are scheduled—one 42 days before and one 21 days before the due date.
  • Lamb Vaccination (CDT): First shot = 49 days after the due date; Second shot = 28 days later.
  • Lamb Vaccination (Pasteurella): First shot = 10 days after the due date; Second shot = 21 days after the first; Third shot = 4 months after the due date.
  • Lamb Docking/Castration & Antitoxin: Scheduled at 2 days after the due date (ideally between 2–3 days, never later than one week).
Always consult with a licensed veterinarian or livestock management professional for advice tailored to your flock's specific needs.
